OneStaff New Plymouth is the leading supplier of temporary and permanent staff to a number of industrial based clients in New Plymouth.

Our client is one of New Zealand’s largest freight and global logistics companies, formed in 1869. We are looking for staff to assist our client as a furniture removal labourer, locally and around the North Island.

You will be responsible for following the driver’s instructions, ensuring the truck is packed tightly, correctly and above all giving consideration to taking great care of the client’s privacy and possessions.  

This is an as-required on-call role, with the opportunity for ongoing work and working away from home for the right person.

Requirements to work for OneStaff:

  • ID required (one of the following) Passport OR NZ Birth Certificate & Driver’s License
  • Pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol test
  • Must have reliable transport, preferably hold a Full Class 1 License
  • CV, Relevant Certificates or License (i.e. forklift or site safe passport)
  • Enthusiastic, reliable and a willingness to learn
  • This role requires a high level of strength and fitness
