Our Invercargill-based client is a long-established business specialising in supplying mid to high-end exterior aluminium and timber joinery to homes and commercial buildings in the southland and Central Otago regions. They are looking for a highly experienced timber machinist/ timber joiner or cabinet maker.  

What the role involves:

• Machine setup - including preventative maintenance
• Knowledge of CNC machines is preferred but not essential
• Meeting quality standards 

About you:

• Have a positive attitude 
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must have sound experience in timber machining/cabinet making or timber joinery.

Day and hours: Days and Hours:

• This position could be flexible for the right person. It can be full-time or part-time. It may also suit a semi-retired person who can work about 20 hours each week to stay busy.
